- Optimized designs allow handling of very high pressure or flow with minimal weight penalty
- Manifolds may incorporate sensors for monitoring pressure, temperature, force, flow, and voltage
- Smart Manifold technology can be built into the manifold providing a microprocessor that monitors and interprets the sensors locally. The Smart Manifold can be programmed to send sensor data as an analog or digital signal using a standard data transmission (i.e. RS-232C serial or ethernet). It cansend the raw sensor data or sensor data that has been interpreted into a desired format.
